Preorders

Products that are preorders can be paid with a partial deposit. For partial deposits you will be charged the deposit amount shown. When the item(s) are available and the order is ready to be shipped we will contact by email with an invoice that will allow you to pay the remaining amount - we allow up to 7 days to pay the remaining balance of a preorder. 

Orders that have preorders with different release dates or with items that are currently in stock will be shipped separately as and when they are available.

Preorder delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change.

International orders are sent complete once all items are available (including preorders and in stock items). Please make separate orders if you would like items shipped at different times.

Preorder Cancellations

Products marked as a 'Preorder' are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As preorders are a special request items we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received. In the case where a deposit has been paid if the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance when the product(s) on the order arrive and are ready to be shipped then the customer will forfeit the deposit paid and product(s) on the order. By preordering an item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us. Please contact us if a defective or incorrect item is sent.

Please note that preorder delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays. Cancellations on preorder products are not permitted due to changing estimated dates unless there are excessive delays (1+ year) from the original ETA (confirmed on the order confirmation email sent after the order is placed).
